Members book it

A member searches by dates and requests. You say yes or no from your page. The desk confirms, quotes, and takes the card payment before pickup.

Tap to hand over

Every unit carries an NFC tag. Tap it at pickup and return: photos, time, who, condition. That record is the protection for both sides.

Get paid

You keep 80% of the rental as a free Camp member, 85% at Crew, 90% at Pro. Your membership pays you more per rental. Paid within three days of return, your way.

A 14% waiver caps the renter's share of accidental damage; Plus halves it and Diamond takes the first $1,500 of it to nothing. Theft and loss are never on a waiver — they sit on the deposit and the renter's own policy.

Every unit in this pool is working gear that somebody owns and uses only a few weekends a year, kept to a condition standard the desk checks before it is listed and again every time it changes hands. Renting it out is not a smaller purchase — it is no purchase at all.

Nothing is manufactured for your eventA production that rents forty radios, twelve canopies and six spider boxes from the pool causes nothing to be made, shipped or packaged. The gear already sits in garages across California, Oregon and Nevada.

Everything comes back, and we can prove itEvery unit carries an NFC tag. It is tapped out at the owner, tapped on arrival at your site, tapped when it leaves, and tapped back in. That trail is a return receipt: gear goes home, not into the dumpster behind the vendor row.

Rechargeable over disposableBattery power stations and solar instead of a generator idling all night. Rechargeable radio batteries instead of alkalines by the case. Solar path lighting instead of cable runs. Fewer generator hours is less fuel, less noise and less spill risk.

Leave no trace is a checklist, not a sloganRebar, caps, stakes, cord and cases are counted out and counted back. What is missing is on the record with a name against it, which is exactly why very little goes missing.

Condition is the standard, not ageWe do not rent gear on its age, we rent it on its condition. Every listing is reviewed by the desk before it goes live; specifications are read off the unit’s own plate or VIN rather than taken on trust; each unit is photographed and inspected at handover and again on return, with fuel and charge checked back in. Anything reported faulty is put into service status and cannot be booked until it is put right, and every renter rates the unit they used.

The honest exceptionHexayurt tape is not reusable. We say so on every hexayurt listing, we do not sell it, and we are working on a panel take-back scheme so the panels outlive the tape.
