New tape, every single build
Tape is not reusable. Every build needs fresh tape and it is not in the day rate, not rented and not sold by the pool: budget two to four rolls of three-inch foil or hexayurt tape plus strapping tape for the corners. Every hexayurt listing says so and the request cannot be sent until the renter ticks it.
It will not fit in a car
A 13-panel yurt packs flat as thirteen 4 by 8 ft panels. That is a pickup, a van or a trailer. The haul line is written on every listing so nobody finds out on the day.
Value is build cost
A hexayurt is hand-built, so the figure on file is what the panels, tape, door and hardware cost to build it again — not a shop price.
