Can I rent shade, tents and canopies for a festival or an event?

Yes, when a member near you has one free for your dates. 10 are listed across California, Oregon and Nevada. Send a request with your dates and the desk confirms the unit and the price in writing before anything is charged.

Where does GearPool rent shade, tents and canopies?

Across California, Oregon and Nevada, from the members who own it. The hub is Grass Valley, California, and each listing says the town it is kept in.

How much does it cost?

The day rate is the owner's and is shown on every listing. The price you see is the all-in price — the service fee is already inside it and nothing is added at the end. A refundable deposit is held on the card and released after the return.

Do I have to be a member?

Looking is free and listing is free at every level. A membership is what lets you rent, and the level decides the value of gear you may rent.
