Gear rental for California WorldFest 2027

Can I rent a generator for California WorldFest 2027?

Yes. GearPool members list generators, battery power stations and solar across California, Oregon and Nevada, and you can filter the pool to what is free on Thu, July 15, 2027. Every rental is contracted, deposited and handed over with a tag tap, and you get the fuel and cord list before you say yes.

What gear do people rent for California WorldFest 2027?

For a music festival the pool's usual list is shade, tents and canopies, battery power station, generator, rv or camper, cooking and cold chain. You are sleeping on site, so shade and power are the two that decide whether the week is bearable.

Where does the gear come from, and where do I collect it?

From other members. Each listing shows the town it is kept in — the pool's hub is Grass Valley, California, and members are spread across California, Oregon and Nevada. You collect from the owner, or arrange delivery with them as a priced add-on.

How much does it cost?

Each owner sets their own day rate, and the price you see on a listing already includes the service fee — nothing is added at the end. A deposit is held on your card and released after the return tap.

Do I need my own shade at California WorldFest 2027?

Grass Valley, CA in July is not a place to arrive without it. The pool lists frame tents, canopies, Shiftpods and hexayurts. Hexayurts need fresh tape every single build — tape is never reusable, it is not included and the pool does not sell it, so buy your own before you go.

Is GearPool affiliated with California WorldFest?

No. GearPool is an independent members' pool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by California WorldFest or its organisers, and we do not sell tickets or camping placement. We rent gear to people going.
